EverMind ("the app") is designed to work entirely offline and to keep your study data private. This policy explains what information the app does, and does not, collect.

Data collection

EverMind does not collect, transmit, or sell any personal data. Specifically:

• No account or sign-in is required to use the app.
• No analytics, tracking, or third-party SDKs are included in the app.
• All of your notes, flashcards, decks, and study progress are stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework.
• On-device AI features (such as card generation) run locally on your device. Your study content is never uploaded to any server.
• The app does not use advertising and does not share data with advertisers.

In-app purchases

EverMind offers a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase to unlock the app after a 14-day free trial. Purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store, and EverMind does not receive or store your payment information.

Children's privacy

EverMind does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children, because the app does not collect personal data of any kind.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, an updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
